My favorite video was called "Stop Smoking" which was sent by Cedars Christian School. It was about a boy whoes brother started smoking when he was twelve and was now in the hospital with lung cancer. He was saying how when he put his hand on his brothers chest it felt lifeless. I liked this video the best because it really convinced you that smoking was a bad idea and once you start smoking it can kill you.
I don't think the movie which was called "Don't Give Addiction" by Rutland Secondary should have won because it didn't convince me that smoking was a bad idea. I think it was taken more as a joke then something that would inspire you to not smoke.

Decision Making
1. It is important to think about impact when identifying a decision to be made because you need to think if the end result will be a good one or a bad one.
2. Options are the choices that you have to choose from to make your decision.
3. Three questions that you should ask yourself are: Is this option realistic course of action for you and your family, What are this options strengths and weaknesses, and Would this particular option meet your needs and wants your family needs.
4. Reasoning can help you make a decision by looking at all of the angles in the situation and thinking about what may happen if a certain action is taken.
5. The purpouse that evaluation serves to make a decision is to determine how effective the result was.
6. If someone says "It wasn't my fault" it could be because they made the wrong decision.
7. The decision process vary's with different decisions because some decisions need more thought then others.
8. A technique for handling a problem that seems overwhelming would be:
a)Think about your options you have
b)Determine what the outcome could be for both decisions
c)Make a decision that you think will be a good one.
e)Think about your decision and evaluate it

Important Values
Five of the most imporant values to me are: education because I want to have a good future and a good job, family because I think it is really important to spend time with family and learn from them and the environment because I want future generations to be able to live a good life and to be able to breath clean air. I also think that health is important because when you are healthy you feel good so you can do everyday activities such as sports. The last of my values is travel because I find the world realy intersting and I would really like to explore many places. Overall values are realy important in life.
